1. Overview & In-App Purchases

Block Rush 2K is a free-to-play puzzle game developed by Eisenhower Games. To support continuous updates and development, we offer optional digital items inside the game store:

  • Coin Bundles: Consumable virtual currency used to unlock puzzle themes and in-game powerups (Starter Pack, 5,000 Coins, 15,000 Coins).
  • Remove Ads: A permanent, non-consumable unlock that disables all interstitial and banner advertisements across the entire game.
  • Offline Subscriptions: Optional recurring subscription providing unlimited offline play and ad-free offline access.
  • Buy Me a Coffee: Voluntary one-time tip to support the independent developer with bonus coins.
Payment Processing Notice: All purchases in Block Rush 2K are billed, processed, and fulfilled through Google Play Billing (Google LLC) or Huawei In-App Purchases / HMS Core IAP (Huawei Device Co., Ltd.). We do not store or process credit cards or bank accounts directly.

2. Google Play Store Purchases

If you downloaded Block Rush 2K from the Google Play Store, your purchases are governed by Google Play's standard refund terms:

A. Within 48 Hours of Purchase (Instant Automated Refund)

For purchases made less than 48 hours ago, you can request an automated refund directly through Google without waiting for developer review:

  1. Visit Google Play Order History on your browser or Android device.
  2. Find the Block Rush 2K order you wish to refund.
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and choose the reason that describes your situation.
  4. Submit the form. Google usually responds within 15 minutes to a few business days.

B. After 48 Hours (Developer Review)

If more than 48 hours have elapsed, Google delegates refund decisions to Eisenhower Games. We review requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund after 48 hours, please email us with:

  • Your Google Play Order Number (format: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567, found on your Google Play receipt email).
  • Your registered player email address or user ID.
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

3. Huawei AppGallery Purchases

If you downloaded Block Rush 2K from Huawei AppGallery or on a Huawei HMS device:

  • Self-Service Refund via Huawei Account: Open your phone's Settings ➔ Huawei ID ➔ Payment and Purchases ➔ Purchase History. Select the order and follow Huawei's refund instructions.
  • Developer Support: If you encounter issues with a Huawei IAP purchase, email our support at tambanizwavhudimitambo@gmail.com with your Huawei transaction receipt, order number, and description of the issue.

4. Refund Eligibility by Item Type

Consumable Virtual Goods Coin Bundles (3,000, 5,000, 15,000 Coins) Unused: Refundable within standard store window.
Consumed: Non-refundable once coins have been spent on powerups or theme unlocks, unless a technical delivery failure occurred.
Non-Consumable Items "Remove Ads" Lifetime Unlock Eligible: If ads still display after purchase or the feature failed to unlock. Players can also tap 🔄 Restore in the store anytime to restore this item across devices.
Subscriptions Offline Subscription Cancel Anytime: You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in Google Play Subscriptions or Huawei IAP. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Donations / Tips "Buy Me a Coffee" (+500 Coins) Voluntary supporter contributions. Refundable within 48 hours via Google Play/Huawei if triggered accidentally.

5. Missing Purchases & How to Restore

If your account was debited but your purchased item did not appear in Block Rush 2K:

  • Tap "🔄 Restore": Open the in-game Store and tap the 🔄 Restore button at the top right. This queries Google Play and Huawei IAP for active purchases and automatically re-applies your entitlements.
  • Restart the App: Close Block Rush 2K completely, check your internet connection, and reopen the app.
  • Contact Support: If your coins or Remove Ads pass still do not show up, email us immediately with your receipt. We will manually credit your items or issue a refund prompt.

6. Accidental Charges and Parental Controls

To prevent accidental purchases or unauthorized transactions by minors:

  • We strongly advise enabling Purchase Authentication (fingerprint, face unlock, or PIN requirement for every purchase) in the Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery settings.
  • If a minor made an unauthorized purchase without parental consent, please contact Google Play or Huawei immediately via their family payment refund channels, or email us with proof of transaction.
